FROZEN COCONUT PIE

- 1 ( 3 OUNCE) SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1/4 TEASPOON VANILLA OR ALMOND EXTRACT
- 1 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
- 1 ( 8 OUNCE CARTON) FROZEN WHIPPED TOPING, THAWED
- 1 ( 9") GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
Instructions
- IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY BEAT IN MILK AND EXTRACT. FOLD IN COCONUT AND WHIPPED TOPPING.
- SPOON INTO CRUST. PLACE PLASTIC COVER ON TOP AND FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT.
- JUST BEFORE SERVING, REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND LET SIT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES, OR SERVE STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER AS A FROZEN DESSERT.
- DRIZZLE TOP WITH SOME CHOCOLATE OR HOT FUDGE SYRUP.
