MUSHROOM BACON PIE
List of Ingredients
- 9" FROZEN PIE CRUST
- 1 POUND SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 6 SLICES OF BACON DICED
- 2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
- 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
- 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
- 4 BEATEN EGGS
- 1 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/8 TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. SET ASIDE.
- SAUTE MUSHROOMS, BACON, GARLIC AND PARSLEY IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL MUSHROOMS ARE TENDER. DRAIN AND COOL 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
- COMBINE EGGS, CHEESE, SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL AND STIR INTO MUSHROOM MIXTURE.
- POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET.
