    MUSHROOM BACON PIE


    List of Ingredients


    • 9" FROZEN PIE CRUST
    • 1 POUND SLICED MUSHROOMS
    • 6 SLICES OF BACON DICED
    • 2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
    • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
    • 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
    • 4 BEATEN EGGS
    • 1 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/8 TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. SET ASIDE.
    2. SAUTE MUSHROOMS, BACON, GARLIC AND PARSLEY IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL MUSHROOMS ARE TENDER. DRAIN AND COOL 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
    3. COMBINE EGGS, CHEESE, SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL AND STIR INTO MUSHROOM MIXTURE.
    4. POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET.
    5. 8 SERVINGS
