    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ( 9") UNBAKED PIE CRUST
    • 3 EGGS
    • 1 ( 14 OUNCE CAN ) EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 3/4 CUP FROZEN PINEAPPLE-ORANGE JUICE CONCENTRATE, THAWED
    • 1/3 CUP WATER
    • 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
    • 3/4 CUP WHIPPING CREAM, OR FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°. PRICK PIE CRUST ALL OVER WITH A FORK, BAKE 8 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET AND DRY.
    2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, BEAT EGGS, GRADUALLY STIR IN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK BLENDING WELL. STIR IN PINEAPPLE ORANGE JUICE, WATER AND LEMON JUICE, BLENDING WELL.
    3. SPOON FILLING TO PARTIALLY BAKED PIE SHELL AND BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS SET. COOL 1 HOUR.
    4. COVER AND CHILL FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT. WHEN READY TO SERVE, BEAT WHIPPING CREAM UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM AND SPREAD OVER ENTIRE PIE, OR USE FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED. STORE LEFTOVERS COVERED IN REFRIGERATOR.
