List of Ingredients
- 1 ( 5.1 OZ.) INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
- 1 1/2 CUPS COLD MILK
- 1 ( 8 OZ. ) COOL WHIP, THAWED
- 3/4 TO 1 CUP COCONUT
- 1 FROZEN PIE CRUST, BAKED OR GRAHAM CRUST
Instructions
- IN A BOWL, BEAT PUDDING AND MILK ON LOW FOR 2 MINUTES. FOLD IN HALF OF THE COOL WHIP AND 1/2 TO 3/4 CUP OF COCONUT. POUR INTO CRUST. SPREAD WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING COCONUT. CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR TILL READY TO SERVE.
