    ROCKY ROAD FROZEN PIE

    YUM, YUM, WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS DELICIOUS FROZEN PIE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP OF ALL FRUIT STRAWBERRY PRESERVES
    • 1 ( 8 OUNCE ) CONTAINER COOL WHIP, THAWED, REG, LITE,OR F/F
    • 1 CUP MINATURE MARSHMALLOWS
    • 1/2 CUP MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPED TOASTED PECANS
    • 1 CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST


    Instructions


    1. SPREAD STRAWBERRY PRESERVES IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL. USING A RUBBER SPATULA, FOLD IN 1 CUP OF THAWED COOL WHIP AND BLEND SLIGHTLY. GENTLY FOLD IN REMAINING COOL WHIP, DO NOT TOTALLY BLEND IN, YOU WANT STREAKS OF STRAWBERRY PRESERVES TO BE PRESENT.

    2. GENTLY AND QUICKLY STIR IN MARSHMELLOWS, CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PECANS IN AN OVER AND UNDER MOTION.

    3. POUR INTO CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST AND SMOOTH TOP WITH A RUBBER SPATULA.

    4. COVER WITH PLASTIC TOP THAT COMES WITH THE PIE CRUST AND PLACE IN FREEZER UP TO 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
