- 1 CUP OF ALL FRUIT STRAWBERRY PRESERVES
- 1 ( 8 OUNCE ) CONTAINER COOL WHIP, THAWED, REG, LITE,OR F/F
- 1 CUP MINATURE MARSHMALLOWS
- 1/2 CUP MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1/4 CUP CHOPED TOASTED PECANS
- 1 CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST
Instructions
- SPREAD STRAWBERRY PRESERVES IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL. USING A RUBBER SPATULA, FOLD IN 1 CUP OF THAWED COOL WHIP AND BLEND SLIGHTLY. GENTLY FOLD IN REMAINING COOL WHIP, DO NOT TOTALLY BLEND IN, YOU WANT STREAKS OF STRAWBERRY PRESERVES TO BE PRESENT.
- GENTLY AND QUICKLY STIR IN MARSHMELLOWS, CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PECANS IN AN OVER AND UNDER MOTION.
- POUR INTO CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST AND SMOOTH TOP WITH A RUBBER SPATULA.
- COVER WITH PLASTIC TOP THAT COMES WITH THE PIE CRUST AND PLACE IN FREEZER UP TO 2 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
