BLENDER QUICHE
List of Ingredients
- 4 EGGS
- 1 CUP BISQUICK BAKING MIX
- 2 CUPS MILK OR 1/2 AND 1/2 OR HEAVY CREAM
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE ( YOUR CHOICE)
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- PLACE EGGS, BAKING MIX AND MILK IN BLENDER AND BLEND FOR 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL SMOOTH AND WELL BLENDED.
- GREASE A 10" PIE PAN OR QUICHE PAN AND SPREAD CHEESE OVER BOTTOM. POUR BLENDED MIXTURE OVER CHEESE AND BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES. THE FILLING WILL PUFF UP SLIGHTLY AND BE GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP AND WILL SETTLE WHEN COOLED.
- VARIATIONS:
- BROCCOLI QUICHE: LAYER 1/2 CUP COOKED BROCOLI OVER CHEESE. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON TOBASCO PEPPER SAUCE ( OPTIONAL) TO INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER.
- HAM QUICHE: LAYER 1/3 CUP CUBED HAM AND 1 SLICED GREEN ONION OVER CHEESE.
- BACON QUICHE: SPRINKLE 4 SLICES OF CRISPLY COOKED AND CRUMBLED BACON OVER CHEESE.
