BROCCOLI MUSHROOM QUICHE
List of Ingredients
- 1 DEEP DISH FROZEN PIE CRUST
- 1 TABLESPOON DICED ONION
- 3/4 CUP MILK
- 3/4 CUP HALF AND HALF
- 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
- 4 EGGS
- DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1 TABLESPOON FLOUR
- 1 1/2 CUPS SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 1 CUP DICED BROCCOLI
- 3/4 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE SHREDDED
- 3/4 CUP SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK WITH JALAPENO CHEESE
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
- BAKE PIE CRUST FOR 5 MINUTES. REMOVE AND SET ASIDE.
- IN A BOWL MIX TOGETHER MILK, HALF AND HALF, BUTTER EGGS, CAYENNE PEPPER AND FLOUR TILL COMBINED.
- SPRINKLE ONION ON BOTTOM OF PIE CRUST, LAYER WITH BROCCOLI, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESES. POUR LIQUID MIXTURE ON TOP AND BAKE FOR 40 TO 50 MINUTES OR TILL SET. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET COOL FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING.
