    THIS VERY VERY LIGHT AND AIRY WONDERFUL QUICHE IS JUST OUT OF THIS WORLD.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
    • 1 CUP CRABMEAT, CHOPPED
    • 4 EGGS
    • 1 1/2 CUPS LIGHT CREAM OR MILK
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
    • 2 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
    • 1/2 TEASPOON FRESH DILL CHOPPED
    • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
    • FRESH GARLIC CHOPPED AS MUCH AS YOU WANT
    • 9" DEEP DISH FROZEN PIE CRUST


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°.
    2. PLACE THE CHEESE AND CRABMEAT IN THE BOTTOM OF PASTRY SHELL. SET ASIDE.
    3. BEAT REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER THOROUGHLY. POUR INTO PIE SHELL OVER FILLING.
    4. PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET. BAKE ON LOWER RACK FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES UNTIL FILLING IS JUST SET, PUFFED AND GOLDEN.
    5. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND PLACE ON WIRE RACK FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTS BEFORE CUTTING.
    6. SERVES 6
    7. YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE SHRIMP, CLEANED, DEVINED, CUT UP AND SQUEEZED DRIED.
