HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH QUICHE LORRAINE
List of Ingredients
- 9" FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST
- 1 CUP GRATED SWISS CHEESE
- 3 LARGE EGGS
- 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 PACKAGE HIDDEN VALLEY MILK RECIPE MIX OR ORIGINAL RANCH DRESSING
- 1 SLICE BACON COOKED AND CRUMBLED OR 2 SLICES OF HAM CUT INTO SMALL CHUNKS
- GREEN PEPPER AND ONION CHOPPED, OPTIONAL
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°.
- SPRINKLE 1/2 CUP CHEESE INTO PIE CRUST.
- WHISK EGGS, SOUR CREAM, RANCH DRESSING BACON OR HAM GREEN PEPPER, ONION IF USING AND REMAINING 1/2 CUP CHEESE. MIXING WELL TO INCORPORATE ALL INGREDIENTS.
- POUR INTO PIE SHELL AND BAKE 15 MINUTES.
- REDUCE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 350° AND BAKE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 15 TO 20 MINUTES UNTIL CENTER IS SET.
