    List of Ingredients


    • 9" FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST
    • 1 CUP GRATED SWISS CHEESE
    • 3 LARGE EGGS
    • 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
    • 1/2 PACKAGE HIDDEN VALLEY MILK RECIPE MIX OR ORIGINAL RANCH DRESSING
    • 1 SLICE BACON COOKED AND CRUMBLED OR 2 SLICES OF HAM CUT INTO SMALL CHUNKS
    • GREEN PEPPER AND ONION CHOPPED, OPTIONAL


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°.
    2. SPRINKLE 1/2 CUP CHEESE INTO PIE CRUST.
    3. WHISK EGGS, SOUR CREAM, RANCH DRESSING BACON OR HAM GREEN PEPPER, ONION IF USING AND REMAINING 1/2 CUP CHEESE. MIXING WELL TO INCORPORATE ALL INGREDIENTS.
    4. POUR INTO PIE SHELL AND BAKE 15 MINUTES.
    5. REDUCE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 350­° AND BAKE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 15 TO 20 MINUTES UNTIL CENTER IS SET.
