List of Ingredients
- 1 FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST
- 1 CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPERS
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED RED PEPPERS
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1 CUP GRATED, SHARP WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 5 LARGE EGGS
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. PRE-BAKE PIE CRUST FOR 10 MINUTES.
- IN A LARGE BOWL BLEND TOGETHER MUSHROOM SOUP,GREEN AND RED PEPPERS, ONIONS, CHEESE, EGGS, SALT AND PEPPER.
- POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND BAKE FOR 45 TO 60 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CENTER IS SET AND TESTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
