    List of Ingredients


    • 1 FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST
    • 1 CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPERS
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED RED PEPPERS
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
    • 1 CUP GRATED, SHARP WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 5 LARGE EGGS
    • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. PRE-BAKE PIE CRUST FOR 10 MINUTES.
    2. IN A LARGE BOWL BLEND TOGETHER MUSHROOM SOUP,GREEN AND RED PEPPERS, ONIONS, CHEESE, EGGS, SALT AND PEPPER.
    3. POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND BAKE FOR 45 TO 60 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CENTER IS SET AND TESTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
