APPLE BREAD
List of Ingredients
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 3 EGGS
- 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 3 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 2 TABLESPOONS VANILLA
- 3 CUPS PEELED AND DICED APPLES
- 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°. LIGHTLY GREASE 2 LOAF PANS
- CREAM TOGETHER SUGAR, EGGS AND OIL. ADD FLOUR, CINNAMON, SALT, BAKING SODA AND VANILLA. MIXING WELL TOGETHER TO BLEND ADD APPLES AND NUTS AND MIX WELL. ( BATTER WILL BE THICK LIKE COOKIE DOUGH.
- DIVIDE BATTER INTO PREPARED LOAF PANS. SPRINKLE TOPS WITH SUGAR/CIMMANON MIXTURE. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
