BANANA BUTTERSCOTCH BREAD

- 2 EGGS
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 3 RIPE BANANAS MASHEDD
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 3/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1/8 TEASPOON NUTMEG
- 3/4 CUP NESTLE BUTTERSCOTCH MORSELS
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. GREASE 2 LOAF PANS AND SET ASIDE.
- IN A BOWL, COMBINE EGGS, SUGAR BLENDING WELL. ADD BANANAS AND MIX WELL. ADD FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT, CINNAMON AND NUTMEG. STIRRING WELL TO INCORPORATE ALL INGREDIENTS.
- FOLD IN BUTTERSCOTCH MORSELS AND CHOPPED NUTS.
- POUR INTO LOAF PANS AND BAKE FOR 28 MINUTES OR UNTIL TESTER COMES OUT CLEAN. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND PLACE ON WIRE RACK TO COOL, 10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM PANS AND COOL COMPLETELY.
- VARIATION: OMIT CINNAMON AND NUTMEG AND SUBSTITUTE NESTLES SEMI SWEET MINI CHIPS TO MAKE BANANA BUTTERSCOTCH CHOCO CHIP BREAD.
