    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS SUGAR
    • 1 1/2 CUPS OIL
    • 3 EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
    • 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
    • 3 CUPS CHOPPED, PEELED APPLES
    • 1 CUP COCONUT
    • 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    • 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
    • 3 CUPS FLOUR


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT AOVEN TO 300°. GREASE 2 ONE POUND LOAF PANS. SET ASIDE
    2. BEAT OIL AND SUGAR, ADD EGGS, THEN ADD FLOUR, BAKING SODA, CINNAMON, SALT AND VANILLA. ADD APPLES, NUTS AND COCONUT.
    3. POUR INTO LOAF PANS AND BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS. OR UNTIL TESTER INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
    4. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET COOL 10 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM PAN AND PLACE ON A WIRE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY. WHEN COOL, WRAP AND STORE.
    5. 2 LOAVES
