FRESH APPLE BREAD
List of Ingredients
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 1/2 CUPS OIL
- 3 EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 3 CUPS CHOPPED, PEELED APPLES
- 1 CUP COCONUT
- 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 3 CUPS FLOUR
Instructions
- PREHEAT AOVEN TO 300°. GREASE 2 ONE POUND LOAF PANS. SET ASIDE
- BEAT OIL AND SUGAR, ADD EGGS, THEN ADD FLOUR, BAKING SODA, CINNAMON, SALT AND VANILLA. ADD APPLES, NUTS AND COCONUT.
- POUR INTO LOAF PANS AND BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS. OR UNTIL TESTER INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET COOL 10 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM PAN AND PLACE ON A WIRE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY. WHEN COOL, WRAP AND STORE.
