    • 1 CUP COTTAGE
    • 1/3 CUP BUTTERMILK
    • 1 TEASPOON NO SALT TOMATO JUICE
    • 1 TEASPOON PAPRIKA
    • 1 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
    • 1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1 TEASPOON ONOON POWDER
    • 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER, OR TO TASTE
    • ADDITIONAL TOMATO JUICE TO THIN IF NECESSARY


    Instructions


    1. PLACE THE COTTAGE CHEESE AND BUTTERMILK IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. ADD THE TOMATO JUICE, PAPRIKA, DRY MUSTARD, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, ONION POWDER AND GARLIC POWDER, BLENDING UNTIL COMPLETELY INCORPORATED. IF TOO THICK ADD A BIT MORE TOMATO JUICE TO THE CONSISTENCY YOU DESIRE. COVER IN A BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
