- 1/3 CUP BUTTERMILK
- 1/2 TEASPOON EACH, OREGANO, GARLIC POWDER AND ONION FLAKES
Instructions
- PLACE THE COTTAGE CHEESE, BUTTERMILK, OREGANO, GARLIC POWDER AND ONION FLAKES IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. IF YOU WANT A THINNER CONSISTENCY, ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF BUTTERMILK.
- POUR INTO A BOWL, COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
