- 1CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
- 1/3 CUP BUTTERMILK
- 1 TEASSPOON PICKLE RELISH
- 1 TEASPOON CHILI SACUE
- 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
Instructions
- COMBINE THE COTTAGE CHEESE, BUTTERMILK, DRY MUSTARD AND CHILI SAUCE IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. IF YOU PERFER A THINNER DRESSING, ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF BUTTERMILK. POUR INTO A SMALL BOWL AND ADD PICKLE RELISH AND STIR TO BLEND. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
- IF YOU LIKE A LESS CHUNKY DRESSING, PLACE THE PICKLE RELISH TOGETHER WITH THE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER.
