- 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
- 1/3 CUP CHOPPED FRESH DILL
- 1/2 TEASPOON WHITE WINE VINEGAR
- 1/4 TEASPOON DRY POWDER MUSTARD
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- PINCH OF WHITE PEPPER
- 2 CUPS THINLY SLICED CUCUMBERS, WITH OR WITHOUT SKINS
Instructions
- COMBINE IN A BOWL BUTTERMILK, DILL, VINEGAR, MUSTARD, SALT AND WHITE PEPPER,MIXING WELL WITH A WIRE WHISK. COVER AND REFRIGERATE 2 TO 3 HOURS.
- WHEN READY TO SERVE, COMBINE CUCUMBERS WITH DRESSING IN A MEDIUM BOWL, TOSS TO MIX WELL.
- SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
