- 2 CUPS FRESH GREEN BEANS COOKED AL DENTE AND DRAINEDD
- 6 RIPE PLUM TOMATOES, CHOPPED
- 1/3 CUP CHOPPED FRESH BASIL
- 1/3 CUP ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
- 8 OUNCE PACKAGE MOZZARELLA CHEESE CHUNKED
Instructions
- COMBINE THE GREEN BEANS, TOMATOES, BASIL AND SALAD DRESSING AND CHILL AT LEAST ONE HOUR TO MARINATE. STIR IN CHUNKED MOZZARELLA CHEESE MIXING WELL JUST BEFORE SERVING.
