SHRIMP AND PASTA SALAD
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 CUPS MAYONNAISED
- 3 TABLESPOON DILL
- 1/4 CUP MILK
- 1 LB ROTELLE PASTA OR PASTA OF YOUR CHOICE, COOKED AND DRAINED
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED RED BELL LPEPPER
- 3 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 TEASPOON FRESH MINCED GARLIC
- 2 CUPS COOKED SHRIMPS, PEELED AND DEVEINED
Instructions
- IN A LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER MAYONNAISE, DILL AND MILK. ADD PASTA, SHRIMP AND CHOPPED VEGETABLES. ADD GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. CHILL 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
