BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM SCONES

- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1/2 CUP INSTANT OATS
- 2 TABLESPOONS BAKING POWDER
- 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP BLUEBERRIES
- 2 BEATEN EGGS
- 1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 CUP 1/2 AND 1/2
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
- IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX THE FLOUR, OATS, BAKING OWDER, SUGAR AND SALT. CUT IN THE BUTTER UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES FINE CRUMBS , ADD THE BLUEBERRIES, BEATEN EGGS, SOUR CREAM AND MILK. STIR UNTIL THE BATTER IS JUST MOISTENED.
- TURN OUT ONTO A LIGHTLY FLOURED SURFACE AND ROLL OUT TO 1/2" THICKNESS. CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPES AND BAKE FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES.
