APPLE BURRITOS

- 1 CAN APPLE PIE FILLING
- 1 PACKAGE TORTILLAS
- OIL FOR FRYING
- GLAZE:
- 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
- 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
- 3/4 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 1 TO 2 TABLELSPOON HOT WATER
Instructions
- PLACE A SMALL AMOUNT OF PIE FILLING INTO CENTER OF A WARMED UP TORTILLA.
- ROLL TORTILLA UP FOLDING IN SIDES. SEAL EDGES WITH WATER. SET ASIDE AND LET SIT FOR 15 MINUTES.
- COMBINE THE BUTTER, POWDER SUGR AND VANILLA TOGETHER. STIR IN WATER ONE TABLESPOON AT A TIME UNTIL GLAZE HAS THE PROPER CONSISTENCY. SET ASIDE
- FRY QUICKLY THE APPLE TORTILLA IN HOT OIL UNTIL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. DRIZZLE WITH GLAZE IF DESIRED.
- YOU CAN ALSO USE CHERRY, STRAWBERRY OR BLUEBERRY FILLING.
