    FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES


    List of Ingredients


    • 5 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    • 1 OOUNCE UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE
    • 2/3 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA
    • 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
    • 3 LARGE EGG WHITES, LIGHTLY BEATEN
    • 1 LARGE EGG, LIGHTLY BEATEN
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
    2. MELT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. STIR IN COCOA, COOK 1 MINUTE. STIR IN SUGAR AND COOK 1 MINUTE LONGER. REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT AND COOL SLIGHTLY.
    3. COMBINE EGG WHITES AND EGG MIXING WELL. GRADUALLY ADD WARM CHOCOLATE MIXTURE TO EGG MIXTURE, STIRRING WITH A WIRE WHISK UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
    4. COMBINE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER, ADD TO CHOCOLATE MIXTURE, STIRRING WELL.
    5. POUR BATTER INTO A GREASED 9" SQUARE BAKING PAN. BAKE FOR 27 MINUTES ( DO NOT OVER BAKE).
    6. COOL IN PAN ON A WIRE RACK.
    7. 20 SERVINGS
