List of Ingredients
- 3 1/2 CUPS ROLLED OATS
- 1 1/2 CUPS DRY MILK
- 1 TABLESPOON CINNAMON
- 1 CUP LITE SYRUP
- 2 SCOOPS PROTEIN POWDER
- 2 EGG WHITES
- 1/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 1 CUP CRAISINS (CRANBERRY/RAISINS OR CRANBERRIES OR RAISINS) OR CHOPPED APPLE AND CHOPPED NUTS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL WELL. LINE A BAKING SHEET WITH SIDES WITH PARACHMENT OR WAXED PAPER, SPREAD THE MIXTURE OUT. TAKE A KNIFE AND CUT INTO 10 SQUARES.
- BAKE IN OVEN UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED, ABOUT 15 MINUTES. STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER FOR UP TO 2 WEEK WITHOUT REFRIGERATION.
