    List of Ingredients


    • SALTINE CRACKERS
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 CUP BUTTER
    • 12 OUNCES SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • CHOPPED NUTS OF YOUR CHOICE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°. LINE A COOKIE SHEET WITH FOIL.
    2. PLACE SALTINE CRACKERS IN THE PAN EDGE TO EDGE TOUCHING EACH OTHER TO FILL THE PAN.
    3. BRING THE SUGAR AND BUTTER IN A SMALL PAN TO A BOIL. BOIL 3 MINUTES STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
    4. POUR OVER CRACKERS AND BAKE 5 MINUTES.
    5. SPRINKLE THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER HOT CRACKERS AND SPREAD WHEN THE CHOCOLATE IS MELTED. SPRINKLE WITH NUTS AND REFRIGERATE.
    6. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES. STORE IN COVERED CONTAINER.
