ITALIAN SAUSAGE & VEGETABLE SKILLET
List of Ingredients
1 LB ITALIAN SAUSAGE LINKS, CUT INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES
2 TBLSP VEGETABLE OIL
2 CUPS CUBED YELLOW SUMMER SQUASH
1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
3 CUPS CHOPPED TOMATOES--CANNED OR FRESH
1 TBLSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
Recipe
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in oil until no longer pink; drain. Add squash, onions, and garlic; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper; heat through.
Yield: 4-5 servings
