    1 large kosher dill pickle
    8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
    Thinly sliced ham or dried beef slices

    Recipe





    Dry pickle well. Cover with ream cheese. Wrap with meat and spread remaining cream cheese over the meat. Refrigerate until cream cheese is firm.

    Slice in thin slices to serve.
