4 cl of Light Rum
2 cl of Lime Juice
2 tsp of Granulated Sugar
1 leave of Mint
Fill up with Club Soda


Place sugar, a large pinch (small handful) of mint, and splash of soda water in a old fashioned glass.
Use a muddler to lightly press the mint and dissolve the sugar until it smells of spearmint gum.
Squeeze the lime into the glass, leaving one hull in the mixture.
Add rum, stir, and fill with ice.
Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
