Sausage Cheese Biscuits
1 (10 ounce) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (8 ounce) package brown and serve sausage links
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
Roll out each biscuit into a 5-inch circle. Place each in an ungreased muffin cup.
Cut sausages into quarters. Brown in a skillet. Drain off drippings. Divide sausages among biscuit-lined cups.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, cheese and onions. Spoon 1 tablespoon into each cup. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
