    Dark Chocolate Truffles

    Ingredients
    2 cups dark chocolate
    2 cups unsalted butter
    1 pint cream
    4 oz. brandy

    Directions
    Chop chocolate and butter in small pieces and place in large bowl. Bring cream to a boil, pour over chocolate and butter, stir till melted. Mix in brandy, let cool in large hotel pan.
