    Peanut Butter Cornflake Candy

    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup corn syrup
    1 (12 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    6 cups cornflakes

    In large nonstick saucepan, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract; stir well. Add cornflakes, one cup at a time, and mix to coat. Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper.
