    Rocky Road Candy

    1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) package miniature
    marshmallows
    1 (8 ounce) jar unsalted roasted peanuts

    Line bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan with wax paper.

    Cook chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted; remove from heat.

    In a medium bowl, combine marshmallows and peanuts. Stir in chocolate mixture until mixed well. Pour into prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.

    Remove candy from pan. Peel off wax paper, and cut into 1-inch squares with a wet knife. If desired, wrap pieces in plastic wrap.

    Makes about 8 dozen.
