    Toffee Bars

    24 graham cracker squares
    3/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    Pinch of salt
    3/4 cup chopped pecans

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 10 x 15-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer, with sides touching.

    In a saucepan, heat butter, sugar and salt until blended, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in pecans. Pour mixture evenly over graham crackers. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.

    Chill.
