    Recipe Introduction


    This is one of many things you can have for breakfast (when lots of carbs and a bit of grease is not a big problem because you will be active for hours). Also works as a side dish for dinner.


    List of Ingredients


    • Potatoes. As many as you want depending on greed
    • oil (canola or something) lots of it. Can reuse
    • chicken salt or whatever seasoning mix you are clever enough to make


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes 3-4 minutes in microwave until softened but not falling apart (waxy ones are best). Let cool.
    2. Slice potatoes thinly
    3. Heat pan well and add oil. Wait until oil is very hot and gently drop in potato slices making sure they do not overlap. Cook about 1 minute (more if you want them dark) and turn over. Cook 1 more minute.
    4. Drain well and season. By now they will be telling you to eat them so I don't have to tell you.
