    not very healthy, but still...


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup unsalted peanuts (can substitute any other unsalted nuts)


    Instructions


    1. Place sugar and water in saucepan and allow to simmer without stirring

    2. Keep watch for syrup to change colour. Allow it to turn a light golden colour.
    3. Remove from heat and toss epanuts through it.
    4. Pour into a lightly greased tray and cool. Take care, toffee will be very very hot.
    5. when cold break into bite sized pieces and serve.
