    List of Ingredients




    4 cups self rising flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup shortening
    4 eggs
    1 cup molasses
    2 cups pecans, chopped
    1 cup raisins
    Cake spice to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together as you would biscuits. Roll out and pinch off small amounts and pat out gently onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
