Tuna Crescents

This is a quick and easy dish that I love!
List of Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can tuna, drained
2 eggs, boiled and diced
¼ cup sliced green olives
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 can crescent rolls
2 cups potato chips, crushed well
Milk in a shallow bowl
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the tuna, eggs, olives and mayonnaise. Separate the crescent rolls, then spoon equal amounts of tuna mixture onto large end of crescent roll; roll up gently to the small end. Dip each roll-up into milk, then into the crushed potato chips. Place them on a greased cookie sheet bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until rolls are lightly browned.
*Note: For an extra twist, substitute regular potato chips for Sour cream and onion flavored or Sour cream and cheddar flavored.
