    Gosh, I LOVE this stuff!! The great thing about this is you can make as little or much as you want. Just adjust the amounts of ingredients to suit you.

    List of Ingredients




    Potatoes, diced (as many as you want)
    3 eggs, hard boiled, diced
    2 Tbsp margarine
    1 Tbsp flour
    Milk (as much as needed to get desired thickness)

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes in salted water until slightly tender. You want to keep a little bit of firmness so they don’t fall apart and get mushy. Drain off the water and then place potatoes back into large pot. Pour milk and add flour. Add diced eggs and margarine. Stir well and simmer until thickened.
