Three Layer Pumpkin Pie Dessert

Recipe Introduction
This recipe is so easy to make and taste as though you spent all day in the kitchen preparing it. Most people that don't like pumpkin pie love this because of its struesal topping.
List of Ingredients
CRUST:
1 box yellow cake mix (take out 1 cup and set aside for topping)
1\2 C. melted butter
1 egg
Grease or spray with cooking spray a 13 x 9 in pan.
Combine the cake mix (except the 1 cup set aside) melted butter and egg. Forms a dough. Press into pan.

FILLING:
3 C. (1-30oz can) Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
2 eggs
2\3 C. evaporated milk
Combine pie mix, 2 eggs and milk and mix well. Pour over crust.
****Don't be confused by the Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix - It's sold in a can but is not "Solid pumpkin" (this eliminates all the spices of a pumpkin pie)

STRUESAL TOPPING:
Reserved 1 Cup Cake Mix
1\2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1\4 C. butter (softened)
1 to 1 1\4 C. chopped Walnuts
Combine the 1 cup reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon, softened butter with a fork to make it crumbly - add walnuts and stir to coat walnuts. Sprinkle entire struesal over filling.

Bake at 350* for 50 minutes or until set (usually 55 min)
once cooled, refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight to let pumpkin set.
Kids love this dessert even if they don't like pumpkin pie.
