Recipe Introduction


Thanx, Liz... This was and is the official "drink" for the imbibers of the WWWCoF Reunion 2004... I have always been a huge fan of Clamato Juice, but somehow never thought of it in these terms. It took our Liz of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada to introduce me to it. With years of emergency services experience, I hereby deem this to be the best! It has my vote forever. Please note that it is a fantastic "virgin" drink as well.

You really missed something if you missed the WWWCoF Reunion 2004... At least you now have a chance to tip a glass of Caesar with us, virgin or otherwise. I haven't checked the State-side grocery shelves for the "rimmer," but if it isn't available I'll have The Recipe Lady (TheRecipeLady@hotmail.com) figure it out for us to concoct on the side/sly.







List of Ingredients



• CLAMATO* Rimmer
  
• ice
  
• Tabasco® Sauce
  
• Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
  
• Salt & pepper
  
• Mott's* CLAMATO*
  
• Smirnoff Vodka
  
• celery stalk
  
• lime wedge
  






Instructions



1. Rim glass with lime wedge and CLAMATO* Rimmer
   
2. Fill glass with ice and add:
   
3. Add 1 dash Tabasco® Sauce
   
4. Add 2 dashes Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire Sauce
   
5. Add Salt & pepper to taste
   
6. Add 4 parts Mott's* CLAMATO*
   
7. Add 1 part Smirnoff Vodka
   
8. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge
