List of Ingredients



• 5 large potatoes
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• a little sugar
  
• 1/2 cup sweet cream
  
• 3 tblsps butter
  
• flour
  






Instructions



1. Add 1/2 cup flour to 1 cup mashed potatoes.
   
2. Add cream that has been brought to a boil.
   
3. Beat into potatoes until light.
   
4. Add flour.
   
5. Let cool, roll thin and fry.
