    You can get decadent and add whipping cream and make an even nicer sauce.

    List of Ingredients




    4 pork chops
    a bit of chopped garlic and minced onion
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    3 Tbsps thyme and plum jelly
    1 Tbsp herb vinegar
    a bit of fresh thyme
    1/2 cup whipping cream (optional)

    Recipe



    Put a bit of oil in a skillet and let the pan get quite hot. Brown the chops on each side. Add the garlic and onion and then the wine, herb vinegar and thyme and plum jelly. Put the lid on the skillet and simmer the chops in the liquid to give it a bit of life.
