    Serves 6. 2 pts. per serving.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4-1/2 cups (15-oz) frozen shredded potatoes, thawed or raw shredded potatoes
    • 1-1/2 cups frozen peas
    • 1 full cup (6-oz.) diced 97% FF extra lean ham
    • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 1 (10-3/4-oz.) can RF low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8-inch baking pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
    2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, peas and ham.
    3. In a small bowl, combine parsley flakes, black pepper and mushroom soup.
    4. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture . Mix well to combine.
    5. Pour into prepared baking dish and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
