    4 servings 6 points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon and 1 tsp margaine
    6 T all purpose flour
    1 tsp chili seasoning
    2 T milk
    4 lean tenderized cube steaks
    1 ½ cup Carnation evaporated skim milk (1 can)
    ½ cup water
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp black pepper

    Recipe



    In a large skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray, melt margarine. Meanwhile, in a shallow dish combine 3 T flour and chili seasoning. Pour milk into another shallow dish. Coat steaks first in milk then the flour mixture. Evenly arrange steaks in skillet. Brown for 5 minutes on each side. Remove steaks and keep warm. In a bowl combine evaporated milk, water and remaining 3 T of flour and whisk until smooth. Pour milk mixture into same skillet that steaks were cooked in. Stir in parsley and black pepper. Cook over medium heat until gravy thickens, stirring often. For each serving place 1 steak on a plate and spoon ½ cup gravy over top
