    Makes 6 servings. 2 pts. per serving.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups water
    • 7-1/2 cups chopped cabbage
    • 1 (10-3/4-oz) can RF low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1 scant cup (3-3/4-oz) shredded RF cheddar cheese
    • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
    • 6 T. (1-1/2-oz) dried bread crumbs
    • 1/4 cup (3/4-oz) grated Parmesan or Italian cheese
    • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add cabbage and cook until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain.
    3. Combine mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and black pepper in a saucepan. Heat, stirring, until cheese melts. Combine with cabbage.
    4. Place cabbage mixture in an 8x8-inch baking dish coated with butter-flavored cooking spray.
    5. Toss bread crumbs with grated Parmesan or Italian cheese and parsley flakes. Sprinkle on top of cabbage. Lightly spray top of casserole with butter-flavored cooking spray.
    6. Bake 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
