    Stuffed Artichoke Hearts

    Got this recipe from Linda from Tennessee at KT recipe exchange. Haven't tried them yet, but they looked so good, I just had to copy the recipe!!!! Enjoy!

    2 pkgs. frozen artichokes
    1 can tuna, drained
    8 oz pkg cream cheese
    1 tbs chopped green onion
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    generous dash tobasco
    dash worcestershire sauce

    cook hearts in water, as per directed on pkg. do not overcook..Drain hearts. Soften cream cheese, blend in onions, mayonnaise,
    tobasco, worchestershire and tuna.
    arrange hearts , cut side up- fill the centers with mixture.
    broil till bubbly and light brown.......
