Peach Pancakes

I got this recipe off of the net by a lady named Annie who posted it on her website


List of Ingredients




6 med. fresh peaches
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Buttermilk pancake mix

Peel and sliced peaches. Cook peaches in pan with orange juice, brown sugar and spices until tender. Pour pancake mix onto hot griddle, spoon in peaches as desired. Flip over when golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.
