    Pineapple Brunch Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice
    1 cup Bisquick
    1 cup milk
    4 eggs lightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    4 ounces diced, cooked ham
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or can use Cheddar
    2 green onions, chopped fine



    Preheat oven to 350º

    Drain pineapple.

    Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, butter, mustard, onion powder in blender until smooth. Stir in ham,
    cheese, onions and pineapple. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Serves 6
