Holly sauce over eggs and avacodos
List of Ingredients
2 avocados, peeled, halved and pitted
4 poached eggs
1 tablespoon grated orange zest, to garnish
Hollandaise sauce, use your favorite recipe
Cook avocado halves in simmering water until heated through.
Remove from water and pat dry. Set aside.
Place an avocado half on each of 4 plates and top with a poached
egg and orange hollandaise sauce. Garnish with orange zest and
serve.
