    Canadian Moosemilk(eggnog w/ alcohol)

    List of Ingredients

    4 (26 oz.) rum
    1 (26 oz.) creme de cacao
    4 pt. soft ice cream
    5 qt. milk
    12 eggs
    9 oz. maple syrup

    Beat eggs to lemon color. Add milk. Add ice cream,
    alcohol and syrup. Mix everything together, keep cool, top
    with nutmeg. Serves 100 American or 10 Canadians.
