    Melting Moments Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    I got this recipe from my mom

    Melting Moments

    1c. real butter
    1/2 c.powdered sugar
    1 tea vanilla
    2 cups of flour
    1/3 c. whipping cream

    Cream the first three ingredients, add flour and mix thoughly. Chill dough one hour. Roll dough 1/8" thick and cut small rounds. Place
    on a greased baking sheet, and prick several time with a fork.
    Bake 7-9 min, let cool...put two cookies together (Pricked side out) with frosting.

    Frosting:
    1 c.powdered sugar
    1/3 c. soft margarine
    1 t. vanilla
    beat until creamy
    may tint pink and green
